What is an Online Coach?
An online coach gives you all the tools you need to begin your fitness journey without actually being in the gym with you. They provide you with guidance on exercise, healthy eating, and other lifestyle habits as well as checking in along the way to make sure you’re making progress consistently.
How do I know its for me?
If you’re struggling to find the right programme, need someone to keep you accountable with your choices, or you’re an absolute beginner and have no idea where to start, online coaching can give you the direction and knowledge you need to make healthier choices and live a happier life.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership is massively helpful to you as it gives you access to machines and equipment you may not have at home, and provides you with a safe and open space to perform exercises. As my knowledge as a coach is mainly gym centred, I will mainly provide programmes that require machines / equipment in a gym.
How long will it take to see results?
It completely depends on you - what your goals are, how dedicated you are to achieving them, how much time you have and are willing to dedicate to your fitness.
Most bodily changes are visible in three to six months, however you will feel the change much sooner, usually within a month. (These time frames are averages - do not take them as gospel!)
